• Included in your contract are 2 colour selection appoint-ments with our Starward Interior Design Consultant. Ap-pointments will be weekdays at either 9 am or 1 pm, and will last for a maximum of 3 hours. If required, additional appointments can be purchased at a rate of $300 per appointment.

Drywall and Insulation• All fi nished rooms are drywalled, taped, sanded, primed

and painted.• Exterior walls will have R22 with 2 x 6 wall construction. • Basement walls will be wrapped with Basement Blanket R12 insulation to 12” above basement fl oor.• To minimize truss uplift, metal channels are screwed between ceiling drywall and trusses.
