Harry, a former Police Officer ( retired 1972 following a non blameworthy car accident) also a Physical Training Instructor and Outdoor Pursuits Instructor, has previously worked at Director level for Nissan UK Ltd, Atlantique Capital Investment Banking Group Inc, Seattle, DataSafe Worldwide PLC, and as co-founder / VP Sales & Marketing Internet Web Broadcasting Corporation Inc (IWBC). He headed the IWBC due diligence team which in 1995 rejected an opportunity to join the original Microsoft Network, Gates concurred he had his Internet Strategy wrong some two months later.Harry has personally raised substantial private equity for numerous high technology start up companies, lectured extensively in the US and the UK on Internet and Business Development Strategy since 1995. He was credited with a MSc in Business Studies, Univ. of Puget Sound, WA, USA in 1997, He has also been featured on live U.S. PBS Television, appearing with Graham Kerr the Galloping Gourmet, profiled the top 5 Public Relations agencies in the U.S., has published over 40 business development related articles and was commissioned to write a book entitled Peak Performer – Developing Management Core Skill Sets. Le-Moine has concluded business with many Fortune 500 Companies in the USA.

He is a fully licensed counsellor to use the Thomas International Psychometric Profiling System. He has profiled thousands of individuals operating in a wide cross section of work environments. As a direct result he has created additional information resources to enhance interpretations. Since returning to the U.K. Harry has worked with a companies such as Concept Automotive (turnover increased from £80m to £365m in 5 years), Great British Holiday Parks increasing gross profit by £2.5m within 12 months), DAF Trucks, Churchill’s Stair Lifts and ALD Automotive (subsidiary of Credit Lyonaise) to name but a few.
