Fitness Expert and Lead Researcher Swetha Jairam along with fellow researcher and Sports Nutritionist Krupali Shah conducted a Health and Fitness Seminar at Roche Products India Pvt. Ltd. as a concluding session of their Health Awareness Program. The Seminar focused on the importance of an Active Lifestyle, and its current need in the corporate Industry. It also had a brief on current myths and facts of exercising and also threw light on dietary modifications that are easy to make as a lifestyle change. The Seminar proved to be a very educative and interactive one where in all the members participated and shared their personal experiences to clarify doubts related to health and fitness. We also shared a brief about Zumba Fitness as the current trend in Exercising and how it is beneficial in the fitness perspective. Along with this we had a quick 10min of a Zumba Demonstration where in we had an all member participation and employee engagement. Over all the session was well appreciated and helpful to all those who were keen on making a difference in their lifestyle and motivating for those who had no intention of it
