What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?

Equipment: DSLR Camera – Canon 700D, tripod, outfit changes, makeup for various makeup looks, mobile phone/music player- so actress (Lucy) will be able to successfully mime the lyrics of the chosen song, cigarette (prop), coloured smoke bombs.

What are the potential hazards associated with the location?

If it rains on shoot, equipment could be damaged or cause harm to surrounding people as the setting is outside. People present must be aware of the surroundings and uneven surfaces. We will be using small coloured smoke bombs so must ensure all people present don’t inhale fumes.

Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be planned for?

No water at location.

What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?

No risks- we will be shooting in a park which means there will be members of the public

present and those involved in the shooting of the video. Therefore we must be cautious of

our surroundings and make sure we don't put others at risk. We will be shooting in an isolated

area of the park to avoid any issues.

How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?

The cameras and equipment will be stored safely in waterproof and padded bags which will be kept out of the way while we arrange our setting or between shots.

How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?

The equipment will be stored in Lucys’s house before the shoot where it will be safe and out

of the way of damage.
