No cola No soft drinks
No processed sugar even
No No No….. Alcohol
No frequent coffee / tea
Small frequent meals, no heavy eating
Organic food is the best food
Eat nut, but in small quantity
Eat natural chocolates only
Don’t ignore them in meals, they are fruits and vegetables
Have dinner early in evening
