A few more Awards
The Training Committee of Wendy McCleery & Jeanne Rankin would like to
THANK everyone who has volunteered as an Instructor. Without YOU we wouldn’t be able
to hold the training classes we do!
If anyone is interested in becoming an instructor or an assistant, PLEASE contact Wendy at
We are ALWAYS looking for new people to join the instructor pool. Our classes are very
popular and MANY times over flowing. It helps to have numerous instructors so we can
split classes and do not have to turn anyone away.
Below is Wendy & Jeanne handing out Instructor THANK YOU gifts.
As of right now, our classes are still on hold until we know more about how the remodel
of the Armory is going. Currently the Armory is just a shell with wires hanging from the
ceilings and generators for power. Just way to dangerous for ANYONE not on the construc-
tion crew to be there. Not only does the GSLDTC pride itself on it’s training classes, but
also the safety of all participates and their dog/s. So please bare with us and rest assured we
will let you know when it is safe enough to resume our classes.

No classes are held in January please watch the club’s Facebook page and /or the club’s website for the next
class sign up to be held in 2016. Due to the remodeling of the Armory it has been to dangerous for anyone to be
there.

Everyone should be VERY PROUD of all you’ve done in 2015 with your dog/s. We had a
large amount of Awards and Certificates to give out to members who have earned titles on
their dog/s. Catherine Beattie states we almost DOUBLED what was given in 2014. That’s
A LOT of titles and most impressive was the number of members who earned multiple
titles on multiple dogs!
HUGE Congrats to ALL!!!
