Help Desk

• Place to start if you are having computer problems• Located in the main hallway near the main entrance• Opened at 7 a.m.• Problem will be troubleshoot and attempted to be

fixed• If unresolved, a referral to the BHS-Repair Center

will be issued• You cannot go to the Repair Center without a

referral from the Help Desk

Help Desk

• Basic Computing Issues– Login– Rebooting– Wi-Fi– Resolution/Display settings– Saving Location

Repair Center

• Located in the north end of BHS Library• Opened at 7 a.m.• Complex repairs take place here• Loaner units are issued here if they need to

stay over night

Repair Center

• Monitoring of computers will be taking place as students use them

• This is to insure students will not be experiencing problems

• If so we can provide some kind of assistance
