Recommendations from USP PET Challenge Tests:
• Pasteurization recommended (for cold formulations use Herbal-Active™)
• Maintain pH below 3.0 using glucono delta lactone and/or other organic acids eg citric, malicg g ,
• Maximize concentration of HerBev™ which imparts zero t t ithi th 5 t 10 l/1000 littaste within the range 5 to 10ml/1000 litres
• Add with concentrates, flavours, sweeteners and then dilute , ,to final volume
