    The 3rd installment of the HOUSTON SPANISH AND FLAMENCO FESTIVALtook place May 22 -25th, 2013 at the Marie Spence Flickinger Fine Arts Center, SJCS. This unique festival makes itsmark as a consistent and superior exponent of Spanish and Flamenco arts delighting audienceswith elegant performances by internationally acclaimed and local artists.

    Participants come from near and far to partake in 3-day multidisciplinary workshops offeringexpert instruction for all levels of apprenticeship.

    Since its inception in 2011, Cuadro Communication is one of the mostpopular workshops offered at the HSFF. The concept of immersion and

    participation are central to this interactive workshop conveyingthe collaboration between flamenco song, guitar and dance.
