Bhawan, New Delhi (Telephone No. 23389316) in this regard.Tenderer should be authorized service provider and ink signeci authorization from OriginaEquipment Manufacturer (OEM) or 02 years experience of maintenance of Toshiba makemachines in Govt. & PSUs should be enclosed.The Selected firm shall be required to depute technically and professionally competent personnelprovide requisite maintenance service. All complaints for the repair of machines will be attended aftewithin the office premises and within shorted time not later24 hours and delay in rectification of fauwill entail a penalty of Rs. 200/- per day per machine. lf such delay is observed frequently it will besufficient ground for termination of the contract.The payment of maintenance charges will be made monthly basis after rendering satisfactory serviclodging the compliant. Payment shall be made through ECS (Electronic Clearance System).Any failure on the part of the firm to maintain the machines satisfactorilv will entail deduction i.e 5of such amount of penalty from the maintenance charges as may be decided by the compeauthority. For major deficiency of the services, the firm may be blacklisted for future.It shall also be the responsibility of the contracting firm to hand ovci' the photocopier machines i

(k) Tenderes are requested to deposit earnest money of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty five Thousand onlythrough a crossed draft on any scheduled bank in Delhi/New Delhi drawn in favour of P&AO (Sectt.l)Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare along with the quotation. The eamoney received from unsuccessful parties will be returned without interest.

(t) An amount of Rs. 45,000.00 (Rupees Forty five thousand only) is to be deposited by the selecteagency/successful bidders as Performance Security Deposit only after receiving a communication fothe Deptt.
