Check it Out! DayCheck It Out is a hands-on day at a CSU campus for students in Year 6. The day involves students participating in activities delivered in different areas, an exploration of the campus and a mock graduation ceremony. The day aims to introduce students to a university environment, increase their understanding of further education and different learning environments, broaden students’ knowledge of career paths and change students’ perception of university from a ‘scary’ place only for ‘smart’ people to one that is a friendly environment that is accessible through many pathways and at any age.

All year 6 students have been invited to this day on Thursday 4th August 2016.A bus will come to Ladysmith and pick us all up and bring us back.Lunch will be provided.If you are happy for your child to attend please compete the attached permission note and return to the school office by Monday 1st August 2016.Ms Sturman will attend as supervising teacher.
