Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate

• Construction in Rooms 110, 108,

106, 117, The Art Room and the

Discovery Lab continue.

• Wall tile and ceiling grid has been

installed in Toilet Rooms 202 and 206.

• Casework is being installed in the Art

Room and Discovery Lab.

Transportation Building

• The Addition has been turned over to

the District and is being moved into.

• Once the move is complete

construction will begin in the existing

bays.

Senior High School

• Construction continues in the Flex Space and

Conference Room on the 2nd Floor.

• Construction is ongoing in the New Art Room,

Flexible Learning Lab and saw cutting has

begun in the New Cafeteria.

• Ceiling Tile has been installed in the New

Lobby and demo has begun in the Girls Pool

Locker Room.

Project Status/Schedule Update

Lima Intermediate

• Block work for the elevator shaft and

the dividing wall between rooms 210

and 206 is nearly complete.

• Roofing work is complete

Middle School

• The Turf Field is substantially complete and a

punchlist is being created.

• The Projection Screen has been installed,

wired and the work for the proscenium is being

scheduled.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate

• Construction is nearly complete in

the Art Room, Toilet rooms outside the

Art Room and the Discovery Lab.

• Rooms 110, 108 and 106 will

continue with the completion of

drywall; electrical is being roughed in

along with plumbing and the VRV

System is being piped.

• Construction in room 302 will be

nearly complete with the installation of

casework and flooring.

Senior High School

• Ceilings and lights in room 211 and the

corridor on the 2nd floor will be installed.

• Electrical work is being roughed in the

Art Room and will be followed by floor

mitigation, casework and flooring.

• Saw-cutting and under slab plumbing

and electrical work will be installed in the

Kitchen; framing drywall and electrical

rough-in will continue.

• Sidewalk in the Courtyard will be

installed.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Middle School

• The projection screen proscenium is

scheduled to be installed over

Christmas Break.

• DiFiore will punchout the Turf Field

and begin removing temporary fencing

and equipment.

Lima Elementary

• Masonry work for the elevator shaft will

continue along with work in room 210,

206 and 116.

• Ductwork will begin being installed in

rooms 210 and 206.

• The installation of the elevator is

scheduled to begin in November.
