-This video demonstrates the WorkCast Media Hub which is where you will be delivering your PowerPoint and Audio sessions.

-Once youve added your PowerPoint to the event, you can expand the Media Hub tab and start you session

-This process can take up to 60 seconds the Slide status indicator will change to yellow whilst your slides are loading up.

-Once loaded, you will have a new option to Broadcast your presentation. Proceeding will start a count down so you can get ready to present. You know when to start when the slide status changes to OK and Slide indicator light changes to green meaning anything you see in the media hub will be broadcast in exactly the same way to the audience.

-You advance slides by clicking the forward and back buttons. Simple embedded video like in this example with the scrolling phrases will play in both the media hub and attendee auditorium. All transitions and animations play clearly and smoothly so you can concentrate on presenting, not hoping the next animation is going to work.

-You can skip to specific slide numbers as well providing you with complete control over your presentation.

-Even highly complex and detailed video will play through clearly and smoothly so you will always get your message across

-Of course, you can scroll back through slides should you wish, just like in a physical presentation.

-When youve finished your presentation, click the Stop Broadcast but which will not only stop the attendee view, but alsothe automatic recording of your session, ready for you to produce your on demand. 28

-WorkCast Event Comparison Reporting allows you to generate specific reporting across multiple event sessions in your account.

-Once you have the sessions you want to report on grouped in an event, you can generate a customer report to get as much information as you want.

-This example is from a Virtual Conferences with lots of sessions weve just selected a few to compare.

-Once selected, you can choose the report types, in this instance we selected all reports except attendee referrer.

-Next, click Generate Report to gather all of your results. All results are displayed in chart format, clearly labelled and colour coded.

-All chart segments are given as a percentage however hovering over each point will produce a pup up breaking the data down even further

-You also have the option to change the format of the chart between pie, bar and column. Whichever works for you.

-Graded Poll reports will give you an average percentage pass for each set you also get individual charts for each poll result in all of the sessions in the event. These can be switched between different chart formats as well.

WorkCast Event Session Reporting is available for all, live, on demand and scheduled replay sessions. All highlighted information can be downloaded or viewed in WorkCast as a preview.

Top line information like number of registrations, attendees and reg/attendee % are available as well as average view time in the people tab

The Sessions tab will break down how many unique viewings your session has had. For instance, this will tell you how many people have viewed on demand content etc.

The next box summarises how many questions your attendees asked and how many you answered. You can download this to respond to attendees privately.

Finally, event daily registration data will be gathered whenever new people have registered. You can see how many people registered per day and the subsequent cumulative number of registrations. This is a valuable marketing tool and gives you accurate feedback on when people are more receptive to your communications and from which channels they registered i.e. twitter, linkedin, email campaigns etc.
