What is a cause card? A cause card is a virtual monetary reward that is issued through the Powering the Possible site. When issued a cause card, you have the opportunity to donate your rewarded monetary gift to an eligible organization on the site.

How can I redeem my Cause Card? To issue a cause card, you must first locate an eligible organization. Select the “Charities” tab. •  If you already have an organization that

you have favorited on the site that you would like to give your cause card to, select “My Organizations”.

•  Click on the organization to which you would like to donate your card.

•  If you would like to search for an organization that you would like to donate your cause card to, select “Search Organizations”.

•  Once you search for an locate an organization, select “View Page”.

How can I redeem my Cause Card? Once you land on a charity page, you will want to make note of a few things.

“Donate Now” button being green means that the organization is eligible for donations on the site.

“Accountability” says either Eligible for Match OR Match – Further Review Required. “Further Review Required” means the organization category is unknown and Dell Support will review your cause card donation. If denied, you will be able to donate your gift to an eligible charity.

“Redeem Card” option means that you have a cause card available for donation.

How can I redeem my Cause Card? When you select “Redeem Card”, you will see all cause card that are available for you to donate. Select the one you wish to donate. •  Amount = the amount of the cause card that will be donated to the charity upon redemption •  Issued = the date in which the cause card was issued to you •  Expires = the date after which the cause card will no longer be available to donate

How can I redeem my Cause Card? Once you have selected the card that you would like to donate, you will be directed to the donation page. Select the “Next” button when finished!

Use the “Designation” field to input any details regarding the proposed purpose of your donation.

Where can I see my cause card donation You will need to go to your Donation History to view the cause card donation you have made. •  Go to the “Give” tab. •  Select “Donation History”. •  Select the “Other Donations” tab.
