Under the Programs category, select Uninstall a Program
In the Tasks pane, click View installed updates.
In the list of installed updates, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section and you’ll see Internet Explorer 9.
Double Click Windows Internet Explorer 9, click Yes in the prompt dialog window. (Note: This action required
