The Table A of the SEAP template helps you to summarize the key data related to your final energy consumption, i.e. the amount of electricity, heat/cold, fossil fuels and renewable energy consumed by the final

end-users as a commodity within your territory

Specify here for example the electricity consumed or oil used for space heating in the building sector

Specify here for example the fuel consumed and/or vehicle miles

travelled in the transport section

IMPORTANT: the sub-totals & totals per sector and per energy carrier are mandatory

fields

The Table B summarises the quantity of CO2 (or CO2 equivalent) emitted as a result of the energy consumption within your local authority. Compared to the table A (final energy consumption), the emissions are reported in a

similar way.

1/ Report here the CO2 emission factors

2/ For each energy source, the CO2 emissions are calculated by multiplying the final energy consumption

(reported in table A) by the corresponding emission factors (reported in the orange frame)

TABLE B: CO2 (OR CO2 EQUIVALENT) EMISSIONS

The Tables C & D summarises the quantity of CO2 (or CO2 equivalent) emitted as a result of the energy production within your local authority.

1/ List the main plants or units (ETS excluded, ≤ 20 MWh) that provide heat/coldas a commodity to end-users within your territory

2/ Indicate what they produce

3/ Indicate what they consume

4/ Specify your emission factors and calculate corresponding CO2 emissions (mandatory)

5/ Calculate the totals (mandatory)

TABLE C: LOCAL ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION AND CORRESPONDING CO2 EMISSIONS
