Salutation to job poster like: Hi, Hello, Dear hiring manager.

Who you are? Where are you from? Your education level?

Your Skill on Basis of that job where you applying.

Past work sample. Reporting tools use for giving report.

What is cover letter:

Your weekly availability, communication tools you use to communicate with client like skype.

At last conclusion with Thanks, Best regards etc.

Don’t put Hello sir as you don’t know job poster is male or female.

Don’t put email address, skype or phone no on cover letter.

Now buyer when post job, they ask some question on basis of that job, you have to answer those question though you put cover letter.

Buyer/Client can ask up to 5 additional question.

On additional question you can give skype, email if client ask for it other no and never until interview stage.

What is additional question:

You must have idea on those jobs where you going to submit cover letter/proposal.

If you want to bid on Data entry job then you need to know what is data entry work, what type of work need to done, what tools need to use for reporting Data entry task.

Basic English, use of Skype as most of the client will take interview via Skype.

Use of Google.

What skill you need to bid on jobs:

Check the job very carefully what task he need to done and do a sample task and attach it when you submitting your cover letter.

Put your skill on Basis of job post don’t put extra skill as buyer will never read your full cover letter.

Keep the cover letter short, focus only what buyer want to do.

Don’t make any spelling mistake on cover letter.

Tips and Tricks of getting job:

Ask client, you are ready to do a short job to show your skill.

Bid only those job where less applicant applied like bellow 30. If client need more than two people than bid only those job where less applicant applied like bellow 50.

Keep yourself online on Skype and response to client immediately when he call for interview.
