There are different ways to login to create an account

You can connect canva with your facebook

You can sign up with your google

You can create your own canva account through your email

Enter your name, email and password then click Sign Up

Scroll down here to choose a template

You’ll see your chosen template here

Try changing the text from the template

To share your design click this

To download your design click this

Download your design as png, jpg, pdf etc.

Click Download

Your design will start to download

To share your design directly to facebook, click this

To share your design directly to twitter, click this

To email your design, click this

Your downloaded file, double click it

Your downloaded file opens

Check your downloads and it’s there

If you don’t want to use a template

Click ‘Use custom dimensions’

You will have a blank template to work with

Put the width and height in pixel, inches, millimeters etc.

There are so many templates to choose from canva

Click ‘More’

You can see design types such as social media, etc.

Scroll down, you can get idea what to create

You can create presentations, posters, etc.

You can create social media posts, documents

Or a certificate for school

You can choose from a resume templates

Click the template you have chosen

Retype it and put all of your information

If you’re a student

and want to create a workbook project

Choose from the different templates available

You can make a trifold brochure just like this

You can create a youtube thumbnail

You will be presented with list of book cover templates

On the right is a placemat for your chosen template

Free templates has a FREE sign in it

Templates with fee has dollar sign in it

Click this free template for example

It goes to a blank template placemat

To change the template click on the text

An editing toolbar will appear on top of the template

Click this to change the font

Click Germania One for example

The font now changes from Glacial Indifference

To Germania One

To change the font size, click this, let’s click 36

Font size now becomes 36 from 27

To change the color, click here

Let’s click the red color

The font now changes into red

Click this plus sign

Enter the color code here if you know the code

Move this to pick or change the color

Click this to change the font from uppercase to lowercase

The font now becomes lowercase

Click this to change the text alignment

The text now is left aligned

Click this to make a list

You now have a bullet list

To undo and redo click here

You can adjust text spacing by clicking here

You can delete by clicking here

Click More

You will have the option to copy

To link and adjust transparency

To copy the whole page, click here

You can see it creates a whole copy

Click this to delete the whole page added

It’s now back to one page again

If you want to add some more text, click this

You can see a long list of texts

Click this to add a heading

A heading placemat goes to your template

To add a subheading, click this

Just click on it and it goes into your design

You can bring the shape anywhere in the image

Double click your image

Drag where you want to position the image

There’s additional option down here for resizing

When you’re done just hit this checkmark

If you want your own image, delete the image

Click it again to delete the background

It goes all white

Click here to put your own image on the background

Get your own image from your computer then click open

Click on your uploaded image

The image goes to your template
