Safety Procedures and regulations should be implemented in the working areas.

DO IT SAFELY OR NOT AT ALL THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO DO IT RIGHT

Introduction

HSE, (Health Safety and Environment), procedures and regulations are essential in the working areas, and it should be implemented in the workplaces, at the same time HSE is part of the business just like quality and production, also it affects production, quality, and financial results

I strongly believe that the awareness of Health Safety and Environment lead organizations to avoid all kind of hazards and injuries, also it leads to have a better production through the process of training .

Safety should be improved in the workplace

1. Create a plan to control workplace hazards. 

2. Inspect your workplace.

3. Talk regularly with your employees

4. Investigate incidents.

5. Make safety a key part of your business.

In 2013, 4,585 workers were killed on the job in the United States

More than 510,000 workers now can say their lives have been saved since the passage of the Occupational Safety and Health in USA.

According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), more than 337 million accidents happen on the job each year

Safety increases productivity and commitment of the employees towards the organization.

To run a successful business you need to manage the quality of your product or service, and the productivity of your business. You also need to manage the health and safety of the people who work for you.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) should be used in the workplace

PPE is equipment that will protect the user against health or safety risks at work. It can include items such as safety helmets, gloves, eye protection, high-visibility clothing, safety footwear and safety harnesses

Conclusion

HES, (Health Safety and Environment) procedures, and regulations are very important in the workplace, at the same time it should be improved in the working areas, also safety is equal to production. Finally providing safety to the employees in the organization lead to commitment and job satisfaction.
