DISPUTE RESOLUTION OFFERING

Working across a number of banking products (including mortgages, unsecured loans, debtor finance and equipment finance), HWL Ebsworth Lawyers has a depth of experience in lending and non-lending loss recoveries and litigation, driven by a national team of Partners. We act for a wide range of lenders in managing their securities enforcement portfolios and handling large volume retail recoveries spanning from simple to complex loan structures, secured to unsecured debts.
