The terms of reference of Steering Committee shall be as under

i) Defining the overall scope of ERP Project during implementation

Superintending EngineerDy Chief Engineer (IT) cum Project Manager will act as an overall project coordinator for this project amp will be assisted by Sr Executive Engineer (IT)

The terms 6f the reference of the nodal officers shall be as under i) Implementation of the project in their respective areas ii) Impart input to developments made by Ms TCS team iii) Co-ordinate to make available all the hardware items and get them installed at all the

locations under their jurisdiction iv) Co-ordinate for the data preparation validation as per SAP templates and certify the

same

v) Identify and nominate the various officialofficers under different modules of ERP Project based upon their job profile and assigned responsibilities

vi) Identify all the Junior Engineer in the stream of Information Technology Computers and Electronics amp Communications in their respective areas and nominate them for the training in technical assistance required before and after the Go-Live of ERP project

vii) Act as change management agent and assist the end users in adoption of ERP system viii) Follow time to time instructions issued by the ERP Project Manager

ix) Provide support to technology team for authorization management
