EP was established in 1990

guarantee called the “iGen Foundation Ltd” in 2015

iGen Foundation Ltd to support its social impact work.
YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Youth entrepreneurship is a wave emerging globally recognised by the United Nations,
OECD and others.
Governments in Australia have generally yet to recognise the innovative power of young
people creating their own employment and that of others; yet the evidence shows that
micro businesses are the fastest employment growth sector in Australia.
Being an entrepreneur is a mindset related to validating business ideas.
Young people are solving their own employment through validating businesses and
making themselves more employable through building entrepreneurial mindsets.
We have responded by establishing the iGen Foundation and the iGen Program working
with young entrepreneurs in private and social enterprises.
