The winch is equipped with a large logging plate providing excellent ground support and is ideal for timber stacking at the load-ing site. Very good drum capacity provides good choices of wire. IGLAND 6002 Pronto TLP

IGLAND 6 ton double-drum forestry winch. A professional winch that meets the requirements of strength for tough challenges that forestry equipment are exposed for. The winch is designed for mounting on farm tractors with 3-point hitch. The winch is equipped with electrohydraulic high pressure operation with self-contained hydraulics with oil supply system (separate pump and oil tank), independ-ent of the tractor’s hydraulic system. This eliminates the possibilities for contamination when transferred from / to the tractor’s hydraulic system and also protects the environ-ment from oil spills, related to equipment replacement or changes. The large drums make it possible to maintain trac-tion over long stretches. The pull capacity is 60 kN (6 tons) for each drum. The advantage of double-drum winch is to be able to distribute the load on two wire ropes. The timber becomes more manageable, gives a better working condi-tion and safety is handled in a better way.

IGLAND 9 ton double-drum forestry winch. A professional winch that meets the requirements of strength for tough challenges that forestry equipment are exposed for. The winch is designed for mounting on farm tractors with 3-point hitch. The winch is equipped with electrohydraulic high pressure operation with self-contained hydraulics with oil supply system (separate pump and oil tank), independ-ent of the tractor’s hydraulic system. This eliminates the possibility of contamination when transferred from / to the tractor’s hydraulic system and protects the environment from oil spills, related to equipment replacement or chang-es. Large drum makes it possible to maintain traction over long stretches. The pull capacity is 90 kN (9 tons) for each drum. The advantage of double-drum winch is to be able to distribute the load on two wire ropes. The timber becomes more manageable, gives a better working condition and safety is handled in a better way.

SWINGTRAC-SYSTEM is a uniquely composed product which makes it easier to manoeuvre in tough terrain, where logs and rocks may be an obstacle for a timber trailer. The SWINGTRAC system makes it possible to creep through the terrain, using a powerful push effect (3-4T) that comes from locking the rear wheels on the trailer, combined with the hydraulic steering on the bogie. This makes it easier to steer clear from obstacles and helps manoeuvring in difficult terrains, as well as making it easy to follow tractor tracks. The swing technique can also be used to press the wheels over obstacles.

LONG DISTANCE BETWEEN BOGIE-CENTRE AND PROTECTION GRIND gives maximum weight transfer to the tractor. This increases acces-sibility. The long distance is made possible because of the trailers unique swing system.

SWINGTRAC MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO crawl forward uphill with a powerful push effect (3-4T). Resulting in the timber trailer being pushed forward by its own power. This effect is reached by combining ratchet brake and hydraulic swing.

CENTRE OF GRAVITY IS NOT OFFSET by swing in the bogie, and you avoid falling over by turning in side hill slopes.

SOVEREIGN MANEUVERABILITY when you use the bogie’s smooth turn technique. Ideal when turning and reversing on thinning stands or on tight tractor tracks.

DISC BRAKES for good brake effect, reliability, and minimal maintenance. The brakes are located on the rear wheels to increase stability and safety when braking in sloping terrain.

HYDRAULIC LAVETT OUTRIGGERS gives a wide and stable support during crane operation. Outriggers can be pushed under surface level if necessary, they have a nonslip foot that gives the crane solid support in all directions and for all operations. In a raised position, the outriggers have an excellent ground clearance and have minimal impact on sight. The cranes can also be mounted on the tractors 3-point mount.

WR 6 is designed for splitting firewood. WR 6 splits all types of wood, and is only limited by the maximum specified diameter 40 cm and length 42 cm. Logs must be cut in advance. The WR 6 must be provided with suitable power source, such as an agricultural tractor. Logs must be arranged on the rotating table and the oil supply must be activated. Large and powerful dual-stage snowblower for the main tasks. Comes standard for rear mounting. The snowblower comes with a reversible 3-point coupling for front or rear mounting, end plate with top cutting edge, splash protection, gearbox 1000 RPM, automatic cut, slide shoes, marking lights and hydraulic chute with deflector.

The snowblower is built for reopening of snow-covered roads or efficient clearing in snowy areas. Optional front og rear mounting, can also be used when reversing. The large and robust inserter roll-ers continously feeds the fan housing with snow.

Powerful gearbox which is distributed in three directions, for both auger and directly to the fan. The inserter rollers each have their own automatic overload protection which cuts out at too great a burden, then connect again when the resistance is normalized. Blower housing of 90 cm, includes a five blade fan that ensures a smooth and powerful beam with impressive long range. The fan is also protected against overload.

All strategic parts of the snowblower, as fan, fan housing and inserter rollers are manufactured in Hardox steel, so that the snowblower can withstand hard strain of professional use year after year.
