IHC FORUM SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT IHC FORUM East in Atlanta on May 9-10 and IHC FORUM West in Las Vegas on December 5-6, 2013
Terms: Since there is a limit on the number of sponsors and exhibitors who can participate at the IHC FORUMS, we require a 50% payment of the overall sponsorship/exhibit package upon signing of agreement. This down payment holds your sponsorship/exhibit position. The remaining payment is due January 31, 2013 for IHC FORUM East and July 31, 2013 for IHC FORUM West. We understand and agree space reservations will not be held and shall be subject to resale if no down payment is received at signing of agreement or remaining balance is not received at or before the above dates for
each event. If reserving space after the above dates occurs, full payment is required.
