Step 1: System RegistrationRegister August 25 – October 3, 2014
Step 1: System Registration• What is system registration?
o Enter Organization, contact, and system information in Gazelleo Select IHE profiles/actors
• What is a system?o A system is defined as “an integrated and reasonable collection of IHE profiles and
actors" o A system could support one profile/actor pair or severalo A system may support multiple profiles across one or more IHE Domains
• How do I register in Gazelle?o Training videos are available on the Connectathon Managers Support website:

Step 2: Submit ContractContracts due October 3, 2014
Step 2: Submit Contract• Where do I get my contract?
o Export contract from Gazelle
• Where do I send my contract?o Send signed contract to IHE USA by October 3, 2014o Email to [email protected]
• Does legal need to review the contract?o Sample contract available for legal review
• Can I add a system later?o Adding systems may require a new contracto You may not add a system after registration closes
• Can I add profiles later?o Cannot change/add profiles after registration closes
Step 3: Submit PaymentPayment due November 17, 2014

o Batch invoicing begins at the close of registrationo Receive invoice by October 17, 2014
• What if my organization needs special documentation?o Request additional documentation at [email protected]
• When is payment due?o Payment is due November 17, 2014o Registration is not final until payment is received
• What is the refund policy?o No refunds after October 3, 2014

Step 4: Badge Registration• Are badges an additional cost?
o Connectathon badges are required to access the test floor o System fees do not include Connectathon badgeso Connectathon badge fees: http://iheusa.org/connectathon-participantresources.aspx
• How do I register for badges?o Badge registration is managed by Cvent, online registration portal
• How much staff should we bring to the event?o Participants are required to provide two (2) staff persons at minimum to manage on-
site system testing for the entire week
• Organizations that pre-register all staff will receive priority seatingo Preregister by November 21, 2014 , prices increase after this date
• Badges are transferable and non-refundable
