1 Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals FoundationsRegulation 2005.

2 Establishment of bodies corporate—Act, s 7

Each of the bodies corporate mentioned in schedule 1 isestablished.

3 Prescribed associated health community councils for bodies corporate, Act—s 18(3)(a)(ii)

For section 18(3)(a)(ii) of the Act, an associated healthcommunity council mentioned in schedule 2, column 2, is thecouncil prescribed for the body corporate mentioned oppositethe council in schedule 2, column 1.
