WORSHIP NOTES Welcome to Hope CRC! This morning we celebrate the baptism of Crew Philip De Stigter, son of Shawn and Leah De Stigter. We praise God for His covenant promises. This morning’s sermon text is John 3:1-8. Pastor Todd will be continuing the series on the themes of the Canons of Dort. The Canons speak of “Irresistible Grace,” which reminds us of the transforming work of the Holy Spirit in our lives which leads us to faith. This evening, Pastor Todd will conclude the series of sermons from Isaiah, closing with Isaiah 65:17-25. We are reminded of the eternal hope of the new heaven and earth. As we gather, let us worship God today!

Thank You: Thank you for praying for us as we spent time exploring long term mission work in Africa this summer. We experienced the blessing of the Body of Christ holding us up in prayer. It was wonderful to see how God is at work in many different ways advancing His kingdom among unreached peoples.

Brian, Deanne, and Sage (family of Dave and Doris Van Beek)
