OBJECTIVE

Objectives of the project are:-

Carrying out a complete analysis and design of the main structural element of a Civil Pad of different dimensions i.e. 1m X 1.5m,1.5m X 1.5m,1.5m X 2.25 m,1.5m X 3m etc. including Foundation, Wall etc.

Getting real life experience with engineering practices.

INTRODUCTION

The main aim of this project is to increase the company strength in terms of financially, socially and economically.By this project, Employees learned various things regarding civil construction works and enhance their knowledge in future at various projects.Project Management technique is also developed by this project.

About project

Location: All over in Rajasthan Structure: Civil Pad Types: BSNL PAD INDUS PAD Dimension: Total height of the Pad from the ground

level is 2.25 foot. Material: A-1 Quality Brick, Cement, Aggregate, Sand, Bar 8 mm Quantity depend upon site Mason & Labour: Depend upon site

ESTIMATION & COSTING 1 m X 1.5 m : The estimation of this type of Pad is Rs.7000 and if it

exceeds than given amount, then Original Bill should be attached.

1.5 m X 1.5 m: The estimation of this type of Pad is Rs.8500 and if it

exceeds than given amount, then Original Bill should be attached.

1.5 m X 2 m: The estimation of this type of Pad is Rs.10000 and if

it exceeds than given amount, then Original Bill should be attached.

1.5 m X 3 m: The estimation of this type of Pad is Rs.13000 and if

it exceeds than given amount, then Original Bill should be attached.

Foundation PCC Brickwork Dumping Reinforcement RCC Plaster Finishing & Measurement

Foundation load bearing part of a pad below the ground level which transfer the load to the ground. Depth of Foundation -600mm(2 ft)Width of foundation is 9 inch.

Plain Cement Concrete

•P.C.C is the mixture of cement and sand•Mix Ratio- 1:4•Height of PCC- 100 mm

BrickworkThe Overall height of the Brickwork is 1200 mm from the foundation or base and 600 mm from the ground level.

DumpingVacant centre space is filled by wastes i.e soil, wastes bricks, sand, remained aggregates etc.

Reinforcement BarCage is prepared by using 8 mm Bar at spacing of atleast 100 mm to the next bar.

Reinforced Cement ConcreteRCC is prepared by mixing of cement, sand and aggregates in the ratio of 1:3:5.Height of RCC- Approx 100 mm

PlasterPlastering is done by use of cement and sand in the ratio of 1:3

Finishing & MeasurementProper well finishing is required and measurement

should be accurate from all sides.

CONCLUSION We have to apply our gained

knowledge during this project. We should practice real life

engineering practices. This Project enables us to go into the

market with an excellent background regarding design of R.C.C Structure.
