Durante el Ad-viento nos hemos preparado para este huésped divino y ahora Nuestra Señora lo pone en el pesebre de nuestros corazones. Vamos a envolverlo en mantillas de oración y sacrificios y buenas obras.
Una noche Santa en Belén,el mundo estaba a punto de verel nacimiento de un bebénacido para ti y para mí.

Dec. 23-24, Fourth Sunday of AdventOur Advent time is almost over. We have watched in hope for the coming of Christ at the end of time. We have seen the presence of Christ and God’s Kingdom among us wherever justice and peace triumph over violence and alienation. Now we focus on Mary and the intimacy of birth. Carrying any child requires courage, faith and trust. Every mother wonders about the future of her child. God transforms all of human history by becoming human through Mary’s “Yes!” Like her, will we allow the very fullness of God’s love to fill us and our world this year? Do we have her faith, her courage and her trust?
Diciembre 23-24, Cuarto Domingo de AdvientoNuestro Adviento casi se termina. Hemos esperado la venida de Cristo al final de los tiempos. Hemos visto la presencia de Cristo y del Reino de Dios entre nosotros donde sea que la justicia y la paz triunfan sobre la violencia y la separación. Are you wanting to learn more about our faith? Are you just sitting in your car waiting for your kids to get out of religious education classes? Take that leap of faith because we have something for you. Classes will be offered on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m. in English with Anna Lara in the Knights of Columbus room (PAC301) and in Spanish with Art Lara in room 208 in the Education building.
On Sundays, we will have a Spanish session at 9:45 a.m. in room 208 of the Education Building.
This is open to everyone come join us for this year’s Adult Faith Forma-tion Program. Classes will follow the RE calendar for the year. For more information please contact the RE Office.

DCYC - DCYC is the Diocesan Conference for Catholic Youth. This conference is for high schoolers. Registration is now open, come by the RE Office to register or contact Alex Smith for more information.
Sponsor-A-Youth! We will be participating in DCYC again this year! Many students would like the opportunity to participate but their families struggle financially. DCYC gives our youth an opportunity to learn about and grow in the Catholic faith with over 2,000 youth throughout the diocese.
Youth will participate in adoration, reconciliation, workshops and mass with the Bishop. Their relationship with Christ will be strength-en and they will return to our parish filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit! This year’s DCYC theme is “Fully Alive”.
Please keep our youth, our ministry team and our volunteers in your prayers as we plan and prepare for this year’s DCYC. Please prayerfully consider sponsoring a youth this year, cost of the event is $215 per participant. If you are interested in sponsoring a youth or making a partial donation or have questions, please contact the Religious Education & Youth Ministry Office at 512-312-2520.

Together Encounter Christ (TEC)TEC Retreat TEC (Together Encounter Christ) is an intergen-erational movement focused on the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ. TEC is a high energy and spirit filled retreat where young adults explore and deepen their faith. Weekends are filled with witness talks, group discussions, personal reflec-tions/prayer, recreations and live music. The TEC retreat is for young adults ages 17 (or a 2nd semester junior) and up.TEC of Central Texas is a 3-day retreat hosted at Eagles Wings Retreat Center. You will experience a fresh, faith-filled atmosphere away from home, school, and/or work. Retreat participants meet, reflect, and share how they see themselves, their ideals, and their hopes/dreams while finding God’s pres-ence in their life.
There are only two (2) TEC of Central Texas weekends each year and availability is limited.
