The complex entrance is secure and video intercom access is provided so that residents can see who is entering the premises, thus maintaining complex security. Situated in the shade, (although the balcony gets a nice bit of sun in the morning in the summer) the apartment never gets too hot and provides a welcome break from the canarian sun at siesta time. Mark & Clare’s “Home in the sun” Outside Two large swimming pools, children’s pools and Jacuzzi are surrounded by planted borders, with shrubs and trees. Large sun terraces come complete with sunbeds and parasols. The facilities are for private use of residents/guests only. Free wireless internet access and library is available, (ask for room next to manager’s ofﬁce). Accessibility Excellent wheelchair access to all areas including lifts and ramps to the pool area.
