The General Support Contracting Center, CENTCOMJoint Theater Support ContractingCommand (CJTSCC) has a requirement for satellite InTransit Visibility (ITV) services totrack shipments in Afghanistan. The contract will provide 13 In Transit Visibility (ITV)licenses and associated services for the tracking of USG materiel shipments performedunder the National Afghan Trucking (NAT) and Afghan Trucking Network (ATN) contracts.The total period of performance will be for 1 year only because of the current retrogradeoperations. This contract is for the Global Distribution Management System (GDMS),satellite connectivity to GDMS from theater, internet connectivity and bandwidth to hostGDMS, in theater support staff to load, maintain and integrate USG information into GDMS,CONUS located backup of GDMS data, and operator training.
