– Bharti Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Bharti Group Companies.

– The prime objective is to bridge the existing education divide and make quality education accessible to underprivileged children in rural India.

– The Foundation aims to help underprivileged children and young people of our country realize their potential.

• Satya Bharti School Program

– The Satya Bharti School Program is the flagship program of Bharti Foundation.

– It aims to deliver free quality education to underprivileged children, with special focus on the girl child across rural India.

– Present Operational Status:

• Number of Schools Operational: 254

• States of Operation: West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh & Tamil Nadu

• Number of Students Enrolled: Over 38,000

About the Community

• Geographical Location: It is established in village Achrol, Amer in dist.- Jaipur Raj

• Cultural Background: People are very poor. They are following the child marriage’s within their communities.

• Role of Satya Bharti School in the Village: As a model school of the village.

• Participation in ‘Design for Giving’ School Contest: School participated in Designing the ‘ Say No to Child Marriage’

We ‘Felt’:

We Felt that that there is a big problem of Child Marriage among these communities and they practice such act willfully

We ‘Imagined’:

We Imagined to stop this act so that it will help us in

increasing the education level of our children’s, by doing this we can develop betterment for

our society

Impact on Community:

As of now we all are aware to this social evil. Our School staff and students along with some community member will have a watch within their community & will do their best possibilities to out cause such act in near future.

• A vast experience get to the community members to realize the impact of the act in the lives of the children’s and how its effecting the bright future of the children.

• Community member also praised the efforts of our children and teacher’s for raising the social issue and how it is associated to them & to their real life
