Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Salaamun Alaikum, By the grace of the Almighty, the 3rd Al-Wahda Sports Festival and Carnival hosted by the Jaffari Sports and Recreation Board (JSRB) under the auspices of the ISIJ of Toronto is here in our midst. We are extremely delighted to welcome you all.

Following is some important information which we request you to read through:-• All games will stop during prayers times, details are provided in the schedule attached.

• There will be an Eid-ul-Adha Celebration on Saturday, Sep 2nd right after maghribayn prayers @ JCC. We encourage you all to participate.

• As a reminder this year’s Carnival accommodates all age groups and is free of charge. Please bring along your families, to participate in this event.

• While food is provided to all participants, a variety of food vendors will be present on site offering exciting cuisines for all of us to enjoy.

• The offi cial photographer for AW 2017 is Ali Satchu Photography. If you do take any pictures and wish to share with AW, please tag #AlWahda2017 and @alwahdafestival.

• Islamic dress code - Hijab should be observed at all times.

We wish all the participants the very best in the games and hope each and every one of you have an enjoyable stay here in Toronto.
