He is working on getting used to food and will need to learn to take a bottle. We are looking forward to his homecoming in 1-2 weeks. Thanks for all your prayer support. Pam Cook I wish to give thanks for all the prayers and sympathy cards that I received in the loss of my husband Bill, and my brother Bob Fischer. May God bless Pastors Chad Pierce and Tony Louwerse, who helped with the funeral service. Our Faith Cadets have birdhouses for sale! They are made of Cedar.

All proceeds are going to provide for a family that they are

sponsoring for the holidays (from the center for women in transition).

Please contact Mike Slager at [email protected] with any

questions or if you would like to buy one!

This February, join World Renew and Holland area churches in serving our Detroit “neighbors”. The Greater Detroit

area experienced massive flooding in August of 2014; 129,000 homes were affected. Sixteen months later, thousands

of vulnerable people-elderly, disabled, and others without the means to recover on their own-still need help with

making their homes safe and livable again. Come for a day, a week, or more. Accommodations, meals and well-

coordinated work projects are available. Construction skills are welcome, but willing hearts and hands are primary.

Contact Mark Hoekman at [email protected] 616-510-1913 to learn more.

Attend the Calvin College January Series simulcast beginning January 6, 2015 and continuing weekdays through

January 26 in the Gathering Place at Christ Memorial Church, 595 Graafschap Rd. in Holland. Each lecture will be

shown via a "live feed" from Calvin College from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. For information about the speakers and topics, visit

the January Series website at www.calvin.edu/january or contact [email protected]. Don’t miss out on this

chance to experience the renowned January Series without the drive to Grand Rapids!
