For fitness aficionados Uxbridge offers plenty of local sporting facilities. Hillingdon Sports and Leisure club is just on the other side of the town centre less than a 6 minute drive and contains indoor and outdoor Olympic sized swimming pools, an athletic track and large sporting complex.
