“United to Innovate” The motto of AIESEC Turkey 12-13 is

“United to Innovate” Why?

While starting to the term we analyzed our strengths and weaknesses. We were aware that we needed to make some changes in national

level in order to strengthen&develop ourselves, increase our impact, make more people live life changing experiences, bring up much more

strong leaders for the world.

In the framework of our national priorities “United to Innovate” has been the motto describing AIESEC in Turkey 12-13.

We still experience that radical changes take time, ask for patience, and for some time they don’t bring the results as much as you want; but we still know that if in the end the mission will be accomplished, we

can be patient enough to reach that mission. As we believe that innovation is a huge investment for our future on the way through

2015.

(IM&Student Based PR) • Our X programme is a really valuable product for

university students in Turkish market. • We know our student market and supply&demand

balance in AIESEC World. Our history taught us that expectation should be managed well with your customer.

• Product design&marketing&implementation has been key words to increase our delivery rate to 80% in GIPo.

2.Podio Implementation

(IM) How can we provide more experiences? How can we provide better experiences?

GIPi is one of our strengths; but our key learning

point has been more MoS with more quality. In order to increase our TN sales&delivery our national ICX team started to use Podio. And our

delivery rate in GIPi is

3.NPS Strategy Implementation for better experiences

• Thanks to AI’s initiative NPS has been implemented to the national level. We aimed to deliver better experiences for all ELD Programmes. We haven’t still finished the strategy implementation; but we started to reap the fruits of this effort.

How?

Last year AIESEC in Turkey had 7 ICB cases; but during 12-13 we haven’t had any ICB cases.

For GIP TN our NPS score is 28

For GCDP TN our NPS score is 47

4.Online English Evaluation Tests For

Our EP Candidates • In order to measure the English level of our EP

candidates, we would use manuel tests . For more professional&effective view in the external world, we started to use an online system like TOEFL, with the support of Global Partner, EF

5. Health System for LC Tracking

Health is a system started to be used in AIESEC Turkey in this term to track our LCs and national entity to realize our planned MoS in every

month. Because tracking ourselves and taking measures according to the results is one of the ways which will take us to 2015 Vision

The last; but not the least We believe that core bussiness is the main element of our vision. But core bussiness with quality is one of the key factors of being preferred. The action steps we mentioned above are investment steps for our future on the way through 2015. We hope that thanks to these initiatives AIESEC in Turkey will triple its MoS with quality in 13-14 term.
