Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) needs no introduction

regarding its stature in the field of engineering education. Established almost 7 decades ago with

an aim to cater to the needs of Indian industries for skilled manpower, DTU has achieved

innumerable milestones and its journey uphill continues. It has played a pivotal role in the

reconstruction, modernization and administration of the society by producing outstanding and

meritorious students year after year. The student community of DTU has also brought internationalacclaim to the country in recent times by getting numerous accolades overseas in events like

formula racing car, super mileage vehicle, all terrain vehicle, unmanned aerial vehicle, underwater

vehicle, hybrid vehicle, solar car etc.

In its bid to nurture innovative and creative abilities and foster enterprising spirit amongst students

from all over the country, the Department of Mechanical & Production Engineering, touted as the

best in Asia, and the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, one of the oldest and the

best in the country, in association with internationally acclaimed Society for Automotive Engineers

(SAE) ,Society for Experimental Mechanics (SEM), Society for Civil and Environmental

Engineering ( SCEE) have been organizing their annual technical fest INNOVA since the past 18

years. This time INNOVA13 is being organized is from 18th to 20thFebruary2013.

During INNOVA, DTU witnesses immense participation from technical institutions and some of

the most prodigious brains in the country possessing great intellect, caliber and acumen in domains

ranging from engineering to entrepreneurship.

An event of this magnitude provides a platform for an organization of your repute to develop

synergetic relations with the students by presenting your case studies, workshops, industry-oriented

problems and cater itself to publicity in the form of posters, banners and media coverage. We

invite you to be a part of this techno-managerial extravaganza by virtue of your

INNOVA13Marketing Incentives

INNOVA being a plethora of events witnesses immense participation from the most intellectualbrains in the country visiting DTU during this time. This publicity will be beneficial for you when these

such an intellect come and join hands with your firm.

We cordially invite our sponsors to present their case studies, industry oriented problems and conductworkshops to the students out there in the college and work out for solutions. The companies if willing

can offertraining/internships to the winning students.

The sponsors can conduct workshops/seminars before or during the fest in the college campus to orientthe students about the work in their industry

The sponsors are free to publicize about their products and services during the festival which encompasses afoothold of10,000 students from all over the country

Publicity material like posters, brochures and multimedia presentations of the fest containingthe name and logo of the sponsors will be sent to over 500 colleges in the country

Banners, backdrops, pamphlets, invitations, certificates and mementos will bear the name and logo ofthe title sponsor.

INNOVA promotes student industry interaction through seminars which will give your firm evenmore recognition and help the students know more about the company profile

The logo and hyperlink of the sponsors website will be highlighted on the INNOVAs website i.e.,www.innovafest.com and the student community websites of SAE, SEM & SCEE DTU chapters.

Visual advertisements of the sponsors will be screened at regular intervals in the events. Various screenswill be put up at different locations of the college hence increasing the visibility of the event and

consequently the sponsor.

The event venue will be pervaded with publicity material of the company in the form of posters and flexbanners. The advertisements and articles published in the newspapers and on the internet will have

the logo and mention of the sponsors.

Publicity through online events through social networking sites and our website which includescompetitions & campaigns hence there will be a pre-fest opportunity of your company to get public

acknowledgement of the sponsorship. Stalls to be set up at the venue of the said event for demonstration and display of products and

service offered.

Sponsors will be duly acknowledged in the souvenir VORTEX. VORTEX will be sent to FICCI,CII,IFCI and all recruiting companies.

INNOVA13Title Sponsorship Benefits

The Sponsor will be the sole bearer of INNOVA logo along with Delhi Technological University. The Sponsor gets 15 minutes of presentation in the inauguration ceremony (to be conducted by the

company itself).

The Sponsor gets to conduct workshops, case studies and presentations in the college before, duringand after the fest in the academic year. The Sponsor is entitled to all forms of media coverage i.e., print, electronic and online. The Sponsors logo on the official INNOVA, SAE, SEM & SCEE websites hyperlinked to the

sponsors website

INNOVA banners with sponsors logo to be put up on metro feeder buses from Rithala metro stationwhich is the most commonly used public transport connecting metro rail to college.

The Sponsors full size logo on the back of the official INNOVA T-shirts, on the caps, etc The Sponsors logo on the official INNOVA merchandise viz. notepads, bags, folders etc. The Certificates (of participation & organization) to carry the sponsors logo. Sponsors to be mentioned in all the official invitations sent to over 500 colleges in India. In case of there being no sponsor for an event, the sponsor will supersede to be the event sponsor. Sponsor gets 20 minutes presentation in PANORAMA which will witness the presence of reputed

intellectuals and luminaries in various fields of engineering.

The title sponsor gets the individual banner of size 60 ft by 50ft at the Open Air Amphitheatre withthe maximum visibility throughout the college.
