No shadow projects are accepted! Only Real Business Projects!
➢ What if students don’twant to create a business?
How can we interest students of different master degrees?
➢ Entrepreneurial support
➢ Business transfer and takeover
➢ Project management
How can we motivate students to hardly work on the project (but also on the event)?
➢ Set objectives
➢ Explain that it is a bottom-up event
➢ Show where to go and convince them of the value of the journey
Challenges
7
Remember:
Students should be challenged – Show them what can be further improved
…but too much criticism may discourage them
Repeat the objectives. Students learn too many things in too short time
In the end: All students know now what is entrepreneurship All students are aware/sensitized/ familiar with entrepreneurship Students who wanted to start a business – they have more skills and network Some students who didn’twant to start a business – think twice and why not
