Formed in the early ’90s by singer/guitarist Michael Glabicki, Rusted Root’s worldly style quickly charmed fans of roots music and world rock. To date they have released seven albums and sold over three million records worldwide. After debuting in 1992 with the self-released Cruel Sun, Rusted Root signed with Mercury Records and released the 1994 platinum selling breakthrough When I Woke, which featured the massive hits “Send Me On My Way,” “Ecstasy” and “Martyr.” Their huge success allowed the band to tour with Santana, The Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews Band, The Allman Brothers Band, HORDE Festival and, perhaps most notably, the highly coveted support role on the landmark Jimmy Page/Robert Plant reunion tour.

"Rusted Root brings it up a notch… Blends Middle Eastern

and Latin American elements with textured acoustic guitars

and harmonies… "

McGuffey Lane’s high-energy rock, country and contemporary music have been attracting attention throughout Ohio and the Midwest for nearly 20 years. However, this veteran band remains fresh and innovative, redefining itself with an infusion of new talent which blends perfectly with the band’s established style. Ever since their magical “break” years ago when the band was discovered on Ohio State’s campus and signed to a record deal, McGuffey Lane has built their career on music that has been both artistically and commercially successful, leading the group to tours with The Charlie Daniel’s Band, The Judds, Marshall Tucker Band, and The Allman Brothers.

Harmonica master Charlie Musselwhite’s life reads like a classic blues song: born in Mississippi, raised in Memphis and schooled on the South Side of Chicago. A groundbreaking recording artist since the 1960s, Musselwhite continues to create trailblazing music while remaining firmly rooted in the blues. His worldly-wise vocals, rich, melodic harmonica playing and deep country blues guitar work flawlessly accompany his often autobiographical and always memorable original songs. Living Blues declares, “Musselwhite’s rock-solid vocals creep up and overwhelm you before you know it. He plays magnificent harp with superb dexterity and phrasing. The results are amazing.”

"Superb, original and compelling... harmonica master Musselwhite sets the standard for blues..."
