I love it! It’s always a reminder to this Florida boy of God’s grace and mercy toward us. "...Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.” Isaiah 1:18b. These two months are often the busiest for church activity. Meals to prepare, shut-ins to see, cookies to bake, parties to attend, presents to purchase and the list goes on and on. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving and Christmas, take time out to focus on those important things like, actu- ally giving thanks to God for His cornucopia-filled blessings. I en- courage you to write them down, as many as come to mind. You should find yourself with several pages of blessings. As Thanksgiving fades and we’re still eating turkey sandwich- es, turkey soup, turkey souffle, etc., let’s turn our gaze to the wonder of the gift of Christmas. The Creator became the creation. The One who spoke the galaxies into orbit had to be taught to talk. The One whose molded man into existence let Himself become an embryo and be placed into a teenage girl. Reality TV would have a field day with the miraculous conception in 2018. “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 This truly is the most wonderful time of the year. I am so thankful for you. Each of you sacrificially serving and giving. Whether you faithfully preach God’s word or you teach 1st and 2nd graders the amazing stories of the Bible or you drive a van so those who may not be able to attend church, can. You prayer warriors who drive the min- istries of your churches. You have been so faithful and I am thankful for you. You are my heroes. My friends. Thank you from the depths of my heart. I pray that God will richly bless you this season. Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Together Sharing the Gospel of Jesus! ‘TIS THE SEASON We are not even half way through November and we’ve al-ready gotten a couple of snows. I love it! It’s always a reminder to this Florida boy of God’s grace and mercy toward us. "...Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.” Isaiah 1:18b. I en-courage you to write them down, as many as come to mind. You should find yourself with several pages of blessings. As Thanksgiving fades and we’re still eating turkey sandwich-es, turkey soup, turkey souffle, etc., let’s turn our gaze to the wonder of the gift of Christmas. The Creator became the creation.
