Wilmington Campus North Campus
Objective :All campus facilities will be well maintained, safe and secure for students, staff and visitors.
Goal: Provide facilities that support the growth of the college and that are well maintained, safe and secure for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
Accomplishments In addition to routine maintenance there were many other significant accomplishments performed by Institutional Services .
Accomplishments
Implemented energy efficiencies by:
• Installing aerators on bathroom faucets in all college facilities
• Installing energy efficient light fixtures and fluorescent lamps in the Administration, Mcleod, and Galehouse Buildings.

Classrooms,• A 300 seat Lecture Hall and a large Multipurpose Room
