Quick Start Instructions
1) Power to RV:
When entering the RV from the
back, turn on the “Battery
Disconnect” switch. This will
give power to the cabin from the
“house batteries”.
2) Turning on the Refrigerator:
Make sure the LPG gas is on
because it is used to power the
fridge. The gas is located in the
panel behind the passenger door.
On the top control panel of the
refrigerator, turn it on and set it
to auto. This will allow it to run
off of the propane or AC when
the RV is plugged in. If the gas is not on, you will get a “check”
light as seen in the illustration. The RV must be level or the
refrigerator will not work.
3) Check that all external storage compartments are locked.

Generator and Shoreline “AC” Power
The RV may be powered by the generator or by plugging the generator in at the camp
site or home. Power that comes from the campsite outlet or your home is known as
“shoreline power”. You will need 110 volts of AC power if you are using any
appliance that must be plugged in at home such as the microwave, TV, DVD player,
etc.
Using the RV generator:
1) Make sure the “Battery Disconnect” button is on. This is
located at the floor level below microwave.
2) Go to the main control panel that is located to the right of
the sink.
3) Prime the generator by pressing downwards on the
button for 4 seconds. Next, press upwards to start the
generator.
Extremely Important:
The house batteries are only charged by the generator or
while the RV is plugged in, therefore they can go dead. If
the batteries go dead, there is an emergency switch next
to the house batteries that you can turn on. The main
house batteries are located on the divers side two panels
back. To use this switch, turn on the engine and then turn on the switch. Allow
the batteries to charge until you can start the generator. This should only take
about 5 minutes. Turn the emergency switch off when finished to avoid the
motor battery from going dead.

Using Shoreline (plug in) Power:
1) Make sure the generator is off otherwise you will
overload the main board and may trip a fuse.
2) The RV will come with two connectors which will allow
it to plug in at home or at the camp site. The camp site
connection uses a 30A service and will need the large
power adapter as seen in the illustration.
3) Connect the power cord to your source.
4) The RV will take about 1 minutes before the power is turned on due to the
transfer switch detecting where the power is coming from.
Using the Slide-Out:
1) Make sure the keys are not in the ignition.
2) Before engaging, make sure that you have clearance.
3) At the main control panel, you will find the slide out
button. Press until the slide out is completely out.
RV Air Conditioning and Heating.
1) The air-conditioning needs AC power, therefore you will
need the RV generator running or RV plugged in.
2) To operate the air conditioning, use the main control panel on the sealing vent.
Please note that the air conditioning requires about 15 minutes to reach
maximum cooling.

Bedding:
To use the bedding, first make sure the “slide out” is out. Next, remove the bottom
base panel of the couch by picking up. The base panel acts as a support for the end of
the bedding when lowered onto it as seen in the illustration.
Water and Sewage:
The RV will operate with onboard water or from a
hose.
Using the Onboard Water:
1) Before using the onboard water, first check to see how
much water is currently in the fresh water tank by
pressing the “Fresh” button located on the main
control board.
2) If there is at least a quarter of a tank, turn on the water
pump using the “Pump” button on the control
board. The water heater may be turned on by
using the “Heater” button. The water heater
holds 7 gallons of water and only requires
about 10 minutes to fully heat.
7

Please Note: The water pump will only work if there is at least a ¼ tank of
fresh water because the pump will not prime.
3) To refill the onboard water, use the bottom hose
connection located directly behind the driver’s side
door. The top hose connection directly connects to
the RV water lines and will give immediate pressure.
Refilling Onboard Water
Connect the hose to the bottom hose
connection.
Allow the water to fill the tank. When the
tank is full, water will come out from an
overflow on the other side of the RV near the
LPG tank located directly behind the passenger side door.
The water tank is located directly below the from dinette table seat.
Using External Water from the Camp Site:
Make sure the main water pump is off.
To prevent high pressure water from bursting internal
water lines, you will need a pressure regulator as seen
in the illustration to the right.
Connect the pressure regulator to the upper hose
connection and then connect the hose.

Sewage and Waste
The RV has two tanks for collecting sewage which are the
black tank and grey tank. The black tank holds material from
the toilet and the grey tank holds material from the sink and
shower. To see the current level of these tanks you may press
on the “Grey” and “Black” buttons located on the control
panel.
Please Note: The black tank sensors are not accurate
because they often get clogged. The black tank level may be
seen by a visual inspection simply by flushing the toilet and
looking down.
Preparing to Empty Sewage:
1) About 1 hour before empting, flush a
tank sanitizing bio tablet down the
toilet to help break up sewage. This
may also been done during the trip
to keep the tank fresh.
2) The waste ports for the RV are
located on the driver side under the
RV at the rear. The sewage pipes for
draining the waste are located on
the passenger side in the last rear
panel.
3) Put on sanitizing gloves. Twist off the main sewage cap and then connect the
sewage pipe from the main RV sewage port to the campground sewage
receiving area.
4) Open the black tank valve first to allow the black tank to empty. This may take
about 5 minutes. Close the black tank valve and open the grey tank valve to
flush the sewage pipe.
5) Make sure both sewage valves are closed when finished.

Trouble Shooting and Emergencies:
In the case of an emergency or even general questions, I ask that you do not hesitate
to contact me at (209) 914-2619
This RV is covered by God Sam RV Roadside Assistance along with the roadside
assistance that comes with the Progressive insurance policy of the vehicle. In the
case of a mechanical issue you will need to contact me so that I may direct either
insurance company to handle the issue in the most time effect way possible. This RV
come with a E450 engine that is designed to last over 500K miles however the most
common issue pertains to flat tires or leaking stems which are quickly resolved. I only
ask that the renter does not try to do onsite repairs but allow a trained roadside
technician to do so.
Trouble Shooting:
1) Generator will not produce AC power: On
the vehicle are breaker located below the
sink. Often these breaker will go if there
are two many devices running at once. If
the breakers did not go, please check the
GFI on the power outlet in the bathroom.
If there is still no power, the breaker on the
generator may have gone out. You will
need to access generator and remove the
main panel in order to access the breaker
switch.
2) House Battery Died: There is an emergency switch for jumping the house batteries from the
main motor battery. This switch in located next to the batteries on the second panel behind
the drivers side. To use this switch, first start the RV motor and then turn on the switch.
Allow the batteries to charge for about 5 to 10 minutes and then start the generator. Once
the generator is started, turn the switch back to the off position.
3) Slide Out will Not Work: Under the couch is a panel that contains a fuse for the slide out
motor. The fuse is located under the support that the couch rest toward the back rear. This
fuse most likely has blown. You will have to reach for this fuse and there are replacements
located in the front console. In the case of an emergency and the slide out is stuck, there are

instructions posted on the inner cabinet door above the sink. These instructions will show
