benefits of the reign of the heavens as a

nation and the reign of the heavens society

as an NGO. The Citizens of reign of the

heavens await with anticipation favorable

acceptance and look forward to being able to

assist the Economic and Social Council in the

accomplishment of its mission after

reviewing this presentation.


• The reign of the heavens has a very unique

history and beginning. It was only when the

Citizens of the reign of the heavens found

the true history of The United States of

America, 1781 Confederacy, was the reign of

the heavens realized and re-discovered.


• The only way to discover the true history of The United States of America and its Declaration of Independence is to pay particular attention to the names of the entities and how they change.

• The first entity in the Declaration of Independence, 1776 was “ thirteen united States of America”. In the same document it was changed to “the united States of America”. The change was never noted in the Declaration of Independence with the words: “as amended”. So there were two countries started within the same document.


• Furthermore, when you look at the Articles of Confederation, 1781, you will notice that a third country was formed Styled “The United States of America”. The words “as amended” was not placed in that document. Therefore, The United States of America did not have a Declaration of Independence, and the Declaration of Independence did not have a Constitution nor an Articles of Confederation, so the Independence remained with the 13 States without a way to establish Commerce and Trade with other countries whereas each Independent State relied upon the Confederacy for its Trade and Commerce. England took advantage of this oversight through the bank Institutions while the 13 States overlooked the general post office as their way of resolving the conflict.


• We can find the interference by England in a

particular document called the Treaty of Paris,

1783. Although it appeared that the Treaty was

by and between two independent countries. The

Treaty was in fact a Treaty between England and

a Commercial Military entity called “the United

States of North America” and “the United States

of America” created as a temporary government

by The United States of America through a North

West Ordinance. The Temporary government was

actually intended to remain under the rule of

England perpetually. How is this proven?


• Here is a quote from the Treaty of Paris, 1783:

• “between his Britannic Majesty and the United States of North America” from: “Declarations for Suspension of Arms and Cessation of Hostilities, signed at Versailles January 20, 1783. Both original declarations in French, and American declaration also in English”. The United States of America was never mentioned in any of the documents between the years of 1782 and 1784 in the formation of the Treaty of Paris, 1783.


• Here is another quote from the British-

American Diplomacy Declaration Signed by

the American Commissioners - February 20,

1783. Quote: Whereas, for putting an End to

the Calamity of War, as soon and as far as

possible, it hath been agreed, between the

King of Great Britain, his most Christian

Majesty, the King of Spain, the States

General of the United Provinces and the

United States of America as follows, that is

to say: end quote


• The Definitive Treaty of Peace 1783

• Benjamin Franklin, Esqr., late delegate in Congress from the state of Pennsylvania, president of the convention of the said state, and minister plenipotentiary from the United States of America at the court of Versailles

• In the 1789 Constitution, the term “the United States of America” is there and still remains today. The Citizens of the reign of the heavens maintain the claim that “the United States of America” entity, as written in the Treaty of Paris, 1783, according to the history books, was not supposed to exist for another 6 years. Therefore, The United States of America stands as an Independent Inter-Governmental Organization from 1781 to 2012, and has been claimed by the general post office and re-formed into an Independent Nation.


• The Constitutional Convention was merely intended to split the titles to the territory of The United States of America in half so England could resume its tyranny uninterrupted against the settlers on North America even though General Corn Wallis had surrendered his sword to the Confederacy. Around the world today countries believe that “the United States of America” is the name of the country even though the same families, 200 years later are attempting to claim the name of the country as being the “United States” or the “U.S.”


• All of the States have been converted to “judicial districts of the United States” without a vote of the people. In 1871, the citizens of the United States of the United States of America, started a corporation and operate through that entity in the District of Columbia oppressing millions of resident aliens that think they are Citizens. The citizens or Citizens of the United States are very few in number and continually convene the 1789 entity to pass various acts for themselves and continue to block many other families from any type of status other than “resident alien”, therefore silencing their voices from expressing any legal objections toward the actions of the citizens of the United States and their fortune 500 corporations and various trusts. The citizens of the United States even made themselves so-called perpetual creditors of the resident aliens passing all of the Bills owed by the citizens of the United States onto other families with the status of “resident aliens” with no way to change that status until now.



Please pay particular attention to the entity pointed out by the blue arrow. This same entity is convened today and the conditions for citizen have never changed. Notice the year to the right.


Again, please notice the year to the right and the entity pointed out with the

arrow. The people are obviously not included in this particular temporary

government and therefore left stateless with no standing to change anything

affecting the rest of the world nor hold the citizens of the United States

accountable for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The citizens of the

United States, have made sure that no common law court exists within the States

so the people have the opportunity to change their statuses The citizens of the

United States have eliminated any witness against them until now.

continually trespassing within the borders of

many countries around the world. Those

countries cannot understand why the people

in America cannot stop the tyranny. The

people in America with the status of resident

alien and considered dead on court records

are being blamed for the actions of a few

without anyway of stopping the oppression

and tyranny in a peaceful manner.

• The Citizens of the reign of the heavens also

found another fraud against The United

States of America. It is found in the General

Postal Union Treaty of 1874 where the

citizens of the United States were not invited

to that treaty signing, so the Citizens of the

reign of the heavens, also known as American

Nationals resolved that conflict in the

• The reign of the heavens was re-discovered

by the Citizens of the reign of the heavens

without intending to find the country. For

with the experience gained building and re-

building Nations, the country was re-

discovered one day about a year ago by

reading the Book of Matthew in the New

Testament of a Book called the Scriptures,

not the King James version.


• Knowing the proper steps in forming a

nation, the steps were clearly written in the

Scriptures and the correct entity for a nation

that was formed over two thousand years ago

on behalf of the gentiles for the completion

of the gentile covenant. The Citizens of the

reign of the heavens are gentiles. The

evidence is clearly marked on the next slide.

nation, and the reign of the heavens

represents the Citizens thereof.

• The reign of the heavens society was formed by the Citizens of the reign of the heavens as a nation building or re-building society. Its main purpose is to form or re-build Independent Nations and States. The Citizens of the reign of the heavens firmly believe in the right of self determination, freedom, free markets and equitable International Trade. There is a solid plan in place for all nations of the world to recover from the tyranny of the citizens of the United States and other cooperating countries in such tyranny.


• In order for any plan to work, WE must all work together, acknowledge our differences, weaknesses and strengths. This is why the presentation has been sent to the Economic and Social Council. The main focus of the Citizens of the reign of the heavens are as follows:

• The equality of Men and Women as is the law of our flag

• Human trafficking, exploitation of people within the Criminal Justice system,

• Racketeering

• Crime prevention

• Assemble a National Disaster team for

• global and domestic...Crisis intervention if so requested

• land protection by way of restoring land titles and proper statuses.

• Water waste...Air quality

• Trespassing by Chemtrails and misuse of weather modification technology being used as weapons such as dustification for the purpose of hiding evidence in large scale attacks against sovereign countries.


• As the Council can see that the Citizens of

the reign of the heavens have been operating

on a complete voluntary status. In the

forming and re-forming of Nations, not one

dime spent on these projects have ever come

from illegal sources. All projects have come

from the hearts of the Citizens of the reign

of the heavens. The Citizens of the reign of

the heavens all think way outside the box

and have cutting edge programs in place that

will resolved many problems facing the

Council today.


• The Citizens of the reign of the heavens are ready to present all of the plans that are on the cutting edge in dealing with social, family, economic, and hunger issues including the purification of water, aquaponics, cheap free energy devices. The Citizens of the reign of the heavens have the ability to reverse hunger, energy and economic problems with the proper cooperation from the afflicted within a very short period of time. The economic process of the reign of the heavens has already been tested and proven to work in Haiti. This can be reviewed in the document attached called:

The Citizens of the reign of the heavens have

formed the ROH Trust in the form of a Treaty

Trust. The basic premise of the ROH Trust is to

separate the resident aliens, their property and

titles form the citizens of the United States and

their banking tyranny. The ROH Trust can be

reviewed by the Council in the document

attached called: “The ROH Trust” along with the

Articles of Confederation, as amended, May

19th, 2013.


The Council and the whole world can be assured that the Citizens

of the reign of the heavens took all of the proper steps as

instructed within the Book of Matthew and have no intentions of

acting hostile toward any sovereign nation. True gentiles do not

act childish. We are a proud people and proud of our Sovereign.

We are thankful to yahushua and Mary Magdalene for the sacrifices

that they made to redeem our people, the gentiles, and are willing

to share those blessings with the whole world. The gentile people

are problem solvers, inventors, and creators. It is time that we all

worked together for change. We simply have to stop killing each

other and grow up. Responsibility and liability should not be

completely avoided by the powerful. This world can be heaven or

hell, the change comes from within.
