• Leadership Adventure, a program to foster talent and skills for the creation of innovating businesses and/or social projects. It’s a one year program addressed to graduate students.

• Leadership Experience, a “community of practice” program to share knowledge and experiences among the participants. It’s a one year program addressed to young entrepreneurs, researchers, company managers that wish to improve their organization, and any person who wish to develop own skills and work dynamics.

Since 2008 we have carried out five editions of our own programs, with a total of 80 participants.

We have designed and implemented programs in different contexts for unemployed people,

entrepreneurs and business coaches in Euskadi, Chile and Ecuador.
