PSA Starts with Organizational Units

• Division of the company or organization that has a specific cost price list associated to it.

• Many Organizational Units can exist within a company

• Specific to Project Service Automation

• Not to be confused with Business Units

• Not to be confused with Organization entity (a.k.a. the name of the Global CRM instance)

• Many Cost Price Lists can be related to many Organizational Units (N:N)

• As a project incurs costs, those costs need to be related to an Organizational Unit.
