Capture to digitalize the invoice documents by getting them from thefolder that is fed by MIS. After digitalize operation, capture startsworkflow processes automatically.

Workflow to validate invoice fields from SAP and reflect the applicationprocess across business units (e.g. Accounting, Purchase Owner) toreview the data and get approvals to save the invoice data in SAP.

Screen interface for manual/automatic verifications and controls,accounting/purchase owner decisions, document attaching/browsing.
