PRO’s: Neat aesthetics

1. FIT IT

Use a 8mm steel drill bit to drill through the steel profile and the connector.

It is not necessary to drill through both sides of the profile.

Insert Lock-It and knock into place with rubber mallet.

Insert the connector into the steel profiles. Use a rubber mallet to knock into place.

Some sheering may occur depending on the steel wall thickness used to ensure a good fitment.

PRO’s: Productivity

1. FIT IT

Align the Wafer Tek Screw with the mark, and apply sufficient pressure while drilling to ensure it does not slip. Is is preferable to start on a slower speed and then increase it as the screw progresses through the profile.

Please note:For 19mm and 25mm connectors and steel profiles, use the 4.8x16mm Wafer Tek Screw.For 38mm and 50mm connectors and steel profiles, use the 4.8x22mm Wafer Tek Screw

Insert the connector into the steel profiles. Use a rubber mallet to knock into place.
