Dixie Boys BJeball looks forward to the upcoming 2013 season. We will once again offer theDixie Boys Fujure Stars Events. The annual showcase event is aiwood bat tournament.

This letter is our special invitation for you to consider having a team in this event. The BoysFuture Stars Fvent is slated for June 7-9 in Dothan, Alaba'ma. We have expanded thetournament ]0 eight teams with two playing facilities available at The Miracle LeagueComplex.

In 2013 we plrn to have seven at-large teams along with one All-Star team chosen from theapplications ttat are received from throughout our eleven states region. To secure a spot inthe tournament (as a team) a $50.00 non-refundable deposit and entry form is required. Wewill accept th~ first seven teams that make payment and submit the necessary paper work.Deadline to ~pply is May 1, 2013. No other fees will be charged; however, teams areresponsible Ittheir travel cost, lodging and meals.

For those conrmunities wishing to nominate an individual player, application forms are nowavailable from our website at www.dixie.org/boys. Nominations will be accepted until May15, 2013. At t:hat time, applications will be reviewed and playe~s notified as to whether or notthey were selected to the Future Stars All-Star Team. A limited number of wood bats will beprovided to tt Future Stars All-Star Team.

This event will provide for some great competition among the teams. Dothan LeisureServices, Pennant Sports and Old Hickory Bat are our Partners in providing this event. Formore information contact the Commissioner at iiones29@sw.rr.com.
