ThE ITCS EnCloSurE InCorporATES A fully wElDED EXTruDED SymmETrICAl AlumInIum profIlE frAmE.
■ Each corner is welded and is strengthened by a diecast aluminium tripod. The tripod provides rigidity as well as lifting and fixing down points.
■ All doors and side panels are finished flush with the extruded profile minimising the impact of vandalism on the enclosure.
■ Hinges are manufactured from extruded, anodised aluminium. Hinges are completely concealed, hinge pins and screw fixings are stainless steel.
■ Doors are fitted with semi flush diecast aluminium swing-handle locks and 3 point locking bars for maximum security.
■ All doors and side panels are manufactured from 2.5mm marine grade aluminium and are fitted with door stiffeners to ensure rigidity.
■ All ITCS Enclosures are powdercoated using oven baked polyester powder , dry film thickness of an average of 100 microns. Finished colour is T33 Smoke Blue – however other powdercoat colours are available to special order.

the requirements of AS60529 and IEC60529 IP56.

ThE ITCS EnCloSurE offErS full ACCESS To EnSurE ThAT mAInTEnAnCE IS mADE EASy AnD SImplE AS poSSIblE.
■ Front and rear doors are hinged and fitted with automatic door stays when opened 110 degrees.
■ Side panels are hinged and locked internally. Side panels can be replaced with doors.
■ Full entry is provided to all four sides of the enclosure ensuring the best possible access for maintenance and installation.
■ Gland plates are fitted to the mounting plinth. This allows the plinth to be fitted separately and cables to be glanded prior to the installation of the enclosure.
■ The sun shade is removable providing full access to the top of the enclosure.
■ Doors and side panels can be configured as left or right hand hinged, doors are reversible.
■ When side panels are open filter media it is simple to clean and replace without the use of tools.
■ All ventilation openings are fitted with stainless steel mesh to a maximum of 1.5 mm hole size, to prevent the entry of vermin.

■ The double T-slot provides mounting possibilities on all faces of the enclosure including side, top and bottom.
■ The T-slot is a standard shape allowing the use of M6 and M8 half round nuts, hammer head nuts and T-bolts.
■ Gland plates are fitted to the 150mm high plinth which can be supplied separately so that positioning, bolting down and glanding of cables is simple.
InSTAllATIon mADE SImplEThe ITCS Enclosure has been independently certified by Simtars Test Station in accordance with AS2317-1998 Clause 6.1 and AS602208-2006 Clause 9.4. These tests verify both the use of collored eyebolts and the lifting of the completed assembly.

■ All doors are flushed into the extruded profile, minimising any leverage points.
■ Hinges are fully concealed.
■ The gap between the door and the extruded profile frame has been reduced to 4mm minimising leverage points.
■ Doors and side panels are fitted with stiffening rails.
■ Doors and side panels are fitted with 3 point locking with double lock rod guides.
■ Locking swing-handles have diecast aluminium bodies and handles to ensure strength and durability. Swing-handles are semi flush, minimising leverage points.
■ Anti-grafitti protective coatings are available as an option on all enclosures.
