• A small group of people who meet togetheron a regular basis to identify, analyze andsolve quality, cost reduction or any otherproblem in the work area, leading to theimprovement in their total performance andenrichment of their work life.

Ideal Size of a Quality Circle• Ideal size is around 6-7 members.
• If the number of members in the group is too large, each member will not be able to participate.
• If too few members are there, they will not be able to contribute.
