Ideal Size of a Quality Circle• Ideal size is around 6-7 members.

• If the number of members in the group is too large, each member will not be able to participate.

• If too few members are there, they will not be able to contribute.

Roles & Responsibilities of Quality Circle Members• Attend all possible meetings.

• Offer suggestions and ideas to the circle in good faith.
